Skills Classes
There are 3 options for aerial skills classes; Pole, Sling, and Hoop. Set up as level classes based on a curriculum designed for your limitless potential.
Offered as drop-in classes, sessions, and workshops.
Choreography Classes
Where all the magic happens. You will connect with your body to develop a deeper understanding of your movements, leaving you feel empowered and unstoppable!
Often labelled as "flow" or "choreo". Offered as drop-in classes, squads, and workshops.
Conditioning Classes
Designed to give your body what your body "needs". It might not be quite as much fun as our aerial classes, but you'll definitely appreciate doing them! Offered as drop-in classes and workshops.
Pole Foundations
Intro to Pole - Level 1
We teach you the art of pole dancing including basic transitions, spins, and floor work.
Pole Progressions
Beginner - Level 2 and 3
While building onto the skills learned in level 1, our goal is to get you comfortable with inversions by level 3.
Intermediate - Level 4 - 6
Taking your skills to new heights! We learn some fun pole poses and more complex spinning combos. Superman, Jade, and Brass Monkey are common moves in these classes,
Advanced - Level 6+
Taking all that you know and turning it into your own. Movements with minimal points of contact that require more strength and flexibility. Adding more dynamic combinations and exploring new transitions. Handsprings and Ayeshas are common in this class.
Sling Skills Level Classes
A fun way to introduce yourself to the aerial arts! You will learn fantastic aerial hammock poses starting with the basics in level one and progressing to a variety of combinations in level two.
Hoop Skills Level Classes
A fun way to introduce yourself to the aerial arts! You will learn fun poses starting with the basics in level one and progressing at your own pace adding a little more height as you go.
Floorwork Flow
In this hour-long class you'll be guided through the basics as we slide and slither across the floor. Focusing on core, strength, and flexibility. Utilizing the first 15-20min for stretch, 15min for learning, and the remainder for applying and putting together a choreo sequence. Things you'll need; knee pads, shoes, and or socks.
Chairlesque
Great for beginners who want to learn a fun choreographed dance routine with creative movements with and around the chair. Knee pads are highly recommended :)
Beginner Pole Choreography:
Scared of freestyling? Ready to piece together moves and spins you've learned? This is the class for you! In this hour-long class, we will review known moves you feel comfortable with, compiling them all together for a short sequence danced out to a song.
Intermediate Low Flow:
Challenge yourself with new spins and transitions as we devote a month to this pole choreography routine. A combination of strength, floorwork, low-flow and tricks. Get ready to perform and master routines to the best of your ability!
Lyrical Basework:
This is a beginner friendly class that helps build your self expression. Geared to tap into your emotional performance skills while learning a pole dance choreography routine.
Stretch and Flex
We progress through stretches using active movements and then slowly add light weights to the same movements. Strengthening your muscles while gaining flexibility is very important for injury prevention when making strides towards performing splits and back bends. Don't be deceived by the name, this class is a workout!
Strength Circuits
Grab some dumbbells and bands for this workout! Each week we run a different circuit to challenge our bodies in a different way. Getting an all over strength workout for the perfect compliment to our pole classes.
Pole Conditioning
This class will help make all of your pole move feel easy. with exercises designed to build specific strength on the pole, this class definitely sneak up on you (in a good way). Each movement is completed with purpose and control for the ultimate challenge that will leave you sweating.
Rock 'n' Roll - Currently Not Available
This full-body foam rolling class is filled with all of those exercises your PT's, massage therapists, chiropractors, and osteopaths tell you to do (that you never actually do) There will be a lot of focus on shoulder (p)rehab exercises geared towards aerialists, but everyone can benefit from this program.
POUND Fit - Currently Not Available
Come channel your inner rock-star with this full-body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.
Crazy Cardio- Currently Not Available
Keep it light for a fun heart-pumping class or kick it up and go all out. It's a short class so you can make it as intense as you need. Most exercises will be body weight, but if you would like to add props, feel free!
Intro to Pole - Get ready to discover your inner pole diva! In this 6-week intro to pole session, you'll learn the foundations of pole dancing and build the strength and confidence to take your skills to the next level. Each class will be filled with laughter, sweat, and plenty of spins, climbs, and floor work. You'll learn how to move with grace and fluidity, while also building serious upper body and core strength.
Showcase Squad - Are you ready to step into the spotlight? In our 6/8-week dance session, we'll teach you the moves and routines you need to shine on stage. Each class will be filled with high energy and positivity, as we work towards the ultimate goal of performing in a showcase at the end of the session. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, our supportive and inclusive environment will help you unleash your inner performer and make memories that will last a lifetime. Aerial Flow - Get ready for a gravity-defying experience! In this pole-sling workshop, you'll learn how to combine two of the most exciting aerial arts - pole dancing and aerial hammock. You'll learn how to combine the two apparatuses with ease and grace, creating a flowy and acrobatic routine that will leave you feeling energized.
Strip Tease - Unleash your inner seductress and learn the art of pole dance strip tease! Our workshop will teach you how to combine the sensual movements of pole dancing with the art of striptease, creating a tantalizing routine to die for.
Lap Dance - Discover your inner goddess and indulge your sensual side while learning the art of lap dance! Our workshop will guide you through the seductive movements and techniques that will leave your partner begging for more.
